We use environmentally friendly, chemical-free soap to wash your windows by hand.
The results are less potential damage to your windows and a deeper clean.
We provide Residential, EZE Breeze, and Commercial services.
Residential
Sea Clean Windows services Brunswick County including Southport, St. James, Oak Island, and Bolivia. After contacting us you will receive your estimate within two business days. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and meticulous work.
EZE Breeze Windows
We know EZE Breeze windows are complicated and difficult to maintain. We take time and care to remove the panels, clean them with recommended cleaning solutions, and carefully put them back in.
Commercial
Sea Clean provides professional cleaning services to Restaurants, Store Fronts, Office Buildings, and Community Clubhouses. Ask us about discounted rates for quarterly, monthly, or weekly cleanings.

Do your screens have tears, holes, power-washing, or other damage?
We'll pick up your screens, rescreen them, and have them back to you within two weeks.
(Southport, Oak Island, and Bolivia).
Pricing starts at $20/screen for orders of 12 or more screens
5-11 screens $25/each
Single screens at $30/each
Extra large windows and door screens $50/each
*** Screens will be removed by you and picked up on a scheduled date
Optional 15% (minimum of $20) service charge includes:
- Removal of screens for you
- Catalog and label screens so we can replace them in the correct locations
- Assessment of frame damage
- Re-installation of screens
